Creating our own timeline!

Meet the creator of Time Traveler's Market LLC, G Desiree Petersen.

This is not her first time managing a large operation with lots of moving parts. She's owned many businesses over the years and has create thousands of opportunities for community members to grow their businesses and expand their professional skills. 

Some of these past businesses include a chain of extreme sports stores in two states which not only had the largest selection of extreme sports products in the region, she organized various events for the youth to showcase their skills and have a platform to shine! She truly cares about the people she serves.

She's also owned and operated a children's consignment event company, a shaved ice business with multiple units, and an events and entertainment company that created experiences for thousands of people to make memories with their loved ones. 

In addition to full design and build-out of all her retail stores, she's managed various teams in the build-out of several large-scale experiential design concepts including aquariums, museums, and festivals.

When COVID caused the shut-down of her events business she took several years off to focus on ministerial work as a pastor. Her love for community shows in the ways she brings people together and creates opportunities for others to excel. 

Now that she's been in ministry work for the better part of the last decade, she's coming out of strictly pastoral work to, once again, create opportunities for the community. During her time as a pastor, she recognized one of the most troubling problems among the community were parents struggling to provide for their families in an increasingly demanding economy.

Her response was to start this vendor market to create opportunities for community members to provide for their families, and for local small businesses to expand their brand recognition in a quality brick and mortar environment that has more stability than pop-up events; Family businesses that grow their families with us! As a whole, we share the expenses and upkeep of a larger economy and create a unique shopping experience for our community TOGETHER. The result, we all succeed in team lift!
