Become a Vendor

We have several sizes of WALL space and BOOTH space to suit your unique business needs. Our contract is month-to-month so there's no scary long-term commitment. Just give 30 days notice if you decide to end your lease, and leave your space clean, and in good repair, with no rent due, to have your security deposit returned to you.

Security deposit for WALL units is a one-time fee of $15.
Security deposits for small booths (2x4, 4x6, and 4x8) is a one-time fee of $20.
Security deposit for large booths (8x8 and 8x10) is a one-time fee of $25.

Grow your brand with creative merchandising

We aim to make this market a unique shopping experience by vetting our vendors and working with them to create beautiful, eye-catching displays that will make patrons want to take their time shopping.

Wall spaces are customizable by adding wallpapers and hardware hooks etc to fit your branding. All wall units are built our with a combination of reclaimed wood and freshly milled hardwoods and live edge accents.

We're avoiding the cookie-cutter cheap appearance of pegboard and chicken wire typically found in junk shops. Of course, it's fine to incorporate these elements in certain places if done tastefully. We encourage vendors to be thoughtful about their displays and to stock and clean their spaces weekly.

Booth spaces are best built out by adding decorative hutches, armoires, large vintage entertainment centers, bakers racks and other upcycled furniture made into retail displays. There are SO MANY ideas online and we encourage you to do some digging for ideas.

There are also tons of FREE resources found on Facebook Marketplace everyday! It's not a bad idea to start looking for free and reasonably priced materials, and vintage furniture items. Take the time to refinish them, fresh coat of chalk paint, adding pretty papers and hardware, and upcycling into a display perfect for your products.
